ABOUT US
In 1968 Herman Harper made a decision that affected not just his own family but much of Gospel music as well. Tired of living half the time on the road singing bass with the Oak Ridge Boys, Herman took a position with Don Light Talent, booking the Oaks and a handful of others. In a short time Herman became a leader in the still-new field of Gospel talent agents and worked to build his agency and the industry for 25 years until his death in December of 1993. Over the years, Herman Harper, along with his sons -- Ed and Jeff, have taken an active role in marketing gospel music to major concert halls, festival events, churches and state fairs across the country, garnering network television exposure, and have been very instrumental in the development of Christian music events at major theme parks such as Opryland, Six Flags Over Georgia and Dollywood.
